- 2 stalks celery
- 1/2 bunch spinach
- 2 medium carrots
- 1 small beet
- 1 inch ginger root
- 1 small lemon
- 1 medium apple
- 2 ml Livatrex drops Liver cleansing herbs
- 2 medium cucumbers optional
- stevia to taste optional
- cinnamon optional
Instructions
- Peel the ginger, beetroot and lemon.
- Run the celery, spinach, carrots, beetroot, cucumbers, lemon, ginger, and apple through a juicer.
- Mix and taste. You can add a few drops of stevia to add sweetness (optional), or add another apple to the recipe.
- If you like cinnamon flavor, you may add a dash of cinnamon. This works very well in this juice recipe.
- Add 2 ml Livatrex
- Drink immediately.
